Do you work with clients outside my city?+

Yes — RoomRescueUSA is a fully virtual, nationwide service. We work with clients in all 50 states. You'll never need to be in the same room as your designer.

How do I send you my photos?+

After booking, you'll get a simple intake form with a secure upload link. Phone photos work great — we just need a few angles in natural daylight.

Do I have to buy new furniture?+

No. Our entire philosophy is built on using what you already own. If something truly needs to be replaced we'll say so, but the goal is always to repurpose first.

How long does it take to get my plan?+

Most single-room plans are delivered within 5–7 business days. Mini consultations are typically returned in 3 business days.

What if I don't love the plan?+

We'll revise it. Every package includes one round of revisions so the final plan feels right for your home and your lifestyle.

Can I buy a digital styling guide instead?+

Yes — we sell printable room styling guides on Etsy under RoomRescueusa. They're a great low-cost starting point.

Do you offer help styling rentals?+

Absolutely. Most of our recommendations are non-permanent and rental-friendly.
